A simple, fresh grilled salmon dish, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, grilled to flaky perfection and served with extra lemon and herbs for brightness.

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice + zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture on both sides of the salmon.
  4. Grill salmon, skin-side down, ~4–5 min. Flip carefully, cook another ~3–5 min until flaky.
  5. Remove and rest briefly.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and herbs before serving.
